At Ag Agape I, LLC, we are committed to delivering your physical products efficiently and securely.

1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship our physical goods to addresses within the United States.
- We deliver to standard residential and commercial addresses.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time.

2. Shipping Costs
To maintain transparency, we utilize a simple flat-rate shipping structure for all eligible orders.
Flat Rate: $6.99 per order
This fee covers both shipping and handling costs. It is charged per order, regardless of the number of items included. You will see the total shipping cost displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Processing & Delivery Estimates
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note the difference between processing time and transit time:
Processing Time (1–3 Business Days):
This is the time needed to verify payment, pack your items, and prepare the shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Transit Time (3–7 Business Days):
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Note: Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided.
Where available, this email will include a tracking number or link, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery directly with the carrier.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only correct addresses before the order ships.
- Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for lost items caused by inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging, issues during transit can occur.
Damaged Items:
If your physical product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, then contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We will review the case for a potential replacement or refund.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management first. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then our support team for assistance.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Our system is designed to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please email us immediately.
However, if the order has already entered the packing or shipping phase, we may not be able to accommodate the request.
