At Ag Agape I, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
This policy outlines the steps for returning physical items and receiving a refund if things don’t go as planned.

You have the right to request a return for eligible physical items within 14 calendar days.
This period begins on the day the carrier marks your package as “Delivered”. Requests submitted after this 14-day window may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and resellable.
- Packaging: It must include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and inserts.
- Proof: A valid receipt or order number is required.
We reserve the right to deny a return or issue a partial refund if items show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been damaged by the customer or altered after delivery.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for the return:
Customer’s Responsibility:
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered or no longer wanted), you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Our Responsibility:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or the item arrived defective, we will review the case and typically cover reasonable return shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. To start the process:
- Contact our support team within the 14-day window.
- Provide your Order Number, Full Name, and reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos.
Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.
6. Processing Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item.
- Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).
- Timing: Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please notify us immediately.
Retain all packaging and take photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.
