At Ag Agape I, LLC, we strive to make purchasing our physical products simple and secure.
This guide outlines the payment methods we accept and how we process transactions.

Payment Methods Overview

To ensure your data remains safe, we utilize trusted third-party payment processors. We currently
accept payments via:

  • PayPal (for balance, bank transfers, or linked cards)
  • Credit / Debit Cards (securely processed via Stripe)

Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank wire transfers through this website.

1. Paying with PayPal

PayPal offers a quick way to checkout without directly entering your financial details on our site.
You can use your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or your preferred credit/debit card.

How it works:

  • Select “PayPal” at checkout.
  • You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure portal to log in.
  • Review the total amount and confirm the transaction.
  • Once approved, you will be automatically returned to our store to finalize the order.

We do not charge additional fees for using PayPal. If a transaction is declined by PayPal, your order
will not be processed until payment is successfully resolved.

2. Credit & Debit Cards (via Stripe)

For direct card payments, we partner with Stripe, a global leader in payment security. We generally
accept major card providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

The Process:

  • Select “Credit / Debit Card” at checkout.
  • Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC in the secure form.
  • Click to submit your order.

Security Assurance:
Your sensitive card data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. Ag Agape I, LLC
never sees, collects, or stores your full credit card number or CVC code.

3. Currency & Charges

All prices and transactions on our store are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Timing: Your payment method is typically charged immediately upon checkout to secure your order.
  • Foreign Transactions: If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees.

If a payment fails, your order will be cancelled automatically. You may attempt to checkout again
using a different card or payment method.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

In the event of an approved return or cancellation regarding our physical products, refunds are
issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • PayPal: Funds are returned to your PayPal account.
  • Stripe (Cards): Funds are credited back to the original card (processing times depend on your bank).
